Powerprint has worked for me with limited results on a Panasonic 4430. I'm not sure what OS you are using, but here is their link to check out. http://www.strydent.com/strydent-software-products/powerprint-serial.html I purchased an older version on ebay complete with cable which was more compatible with Sys 7.1.
