Many will comment that 7.x is a bit heavy in terms of CPU demands for the 68000 Macs which need 800Kb discs. There's also a size issue, unless you're using a HD. If you are, IMHO, 7.0.1 becomes usable, if a little slow. They used to be at the mac512 and Vieuxmacs sites, before Apple got stupid. Now, they reside on many peoples' HDs (or so I'm told. ;-) ).
