I read on the Fritter forums that it was possible to put the yoke(?) from the end of a 12" High-res Grayscale monitor onto the end of the 9" CRT inside an SE/30. It displays 256 grays in 640x480 resolution. Then someone put a 475 motherboard into the same SE/30 case. I was wondering if this could be done with the SE CRT, or is it different electronically? I plan to combine my unused LCII with my unused SE and the yoke from a to-be-bought 12" gray.
