thanks for the advice everyone - forgot to point out that what i wanted to do was do stuff on my compacts, put it on pc disks, and then use my files on random peecees in other places, ie they would not have any emulator etc software - so the issue was how to stick a dos floppy in my system six compacts so i could take my files to peecess elsewhere ( i dont have any peecees at work or home - hah!)
