The first thing is trying to use the disks
without any modification.

If the disks doesn't work,  I think that you
should remove the "system enabler 003" from the
system folder 
"install me first" and "utilites 2" disks
(the disks normally used to boot, and required
for the instalation or formatting the HD.
Be careful with these disks, I suggest to make
copies and work with them
Into the installation, f you choose "system
software for Macintosh SE/30 you will not have
any enablers installed in your machine.
