You can dial in, but you cannot access anything. You can only check your email, and when you do, you are transparently redirected to a fake POP3 server delivering you a message asking you to visit an Optusnet support web page. The support webpage is an internal address only available to affected users and cannot be viewed on a classic Mac because of the extensive use of JavaScript. I do not have this problem dialling in to the service with my iMac or Windows PC. I find that Connect.com.au and their resellers (ask on the aus.net.access newsgroup) work well on older Macs, but I have not tried many others.
