I'd recommend finding a copy of Think C 5 or 6, both of which should
work on a 68000 with System 6; I've used Think C 6 on Macs running up
to System 7.5 but not tried anything higher.

The first versions of Code Warrior will run on 68K Macs but I can't
recall the processor requirements off hand (definitely needs System 7
or higher). I've had it running on a standard SE/30 but it was a bit
sluggish and it needs a big disk too.
