I've got an SE that I'm going to upgrade with a SE/30 mobo. I've also go a Plextor
CD-R that uses caddys, but has a black dust shield rather than the flip out door, so
all I would have to do is enlarge the floppy slot.

What Dremmel heads have worked the best in producing clean holes and such? Do I use a
cutter or a drill? Would a fine toothed hand saw produce a cleaner hole? Do I still
have to use some fine grit sandpaper and hand sand it? If so, what grit?

Additionally, will I get an POST error if a floppy drive isn't connected?
