Nothing that I know of. Without experience you're doomed to failure unless you use 2 soldering irons with sharp tips. Both leads must be heated at same time so that cap can be flicked off when both solder joints are seen to be melted. If a pad lifts the only way that I know to fix it is to scrape down adjacent traces to bare copper and install the cap with fine wire(s).
