I have a Classic Upgradel It has an M circled on it and below the M is XC68030RC25A, and below that 385698815. On the other big chip it has EXILINX. It also has an attached monitor connection, I assume for a color monitor.

Does this go on an SE or a Mac Classic? If I put it on eBay, how much should I expect to get for it? It has 4 slots filled with memory.

That sounds like a 68030 25MHz upgrade. Most likely for an SE or SE/30 since the Classic's lack of a slot made such upgrades tricky.

I think we'll need a photo uploading to the WWW to be more definite!

As for value, if you can identify it, you might get $20, I guess.
