Depending on what all is included, I've seen original 128k Macs sell on eBay for
$200+ up to $450.  Of course, finding one at a thrift shop can usually net one for
$20 or less!  Personally I would never think to *use* a 128k.  The 512k is identical
and can actually hold the *whole document* in MacPaint in memory whereas the 128k
had to load each screen from the floppy as you scrolled around.
