As usual, I'm below average. Thanks, this list is great for my self
esteem :)

The data stands to reason though; think about when computers first showed
up in elementary schools (around here it was about '83 or '84). That
would make those students 25 to 31 years old now (assuming students start
at age 5ish, as they do around here), and I'm guessing not many of those
were Macs at the time. Factor in the time it took Macs to overtake
Apple's in the schools, and I'm going to guess that the students at the
time pretty accurately represent the median age of the curve presented
here.

On a blantently off topic note (not like any of this ranting has been on
topic), I personnally think Apple is messing up big time by not going
eafter the educational market harder than they have. With all the iTunes,
iChat, iDVD, etc (iDon't know if any of these titles are accurate), I
would think that the one i "anything" that would get the most bang for
the buck in the retail computer market would be iEducate. I can't really
visualize what that program would be, if I could, I'd probably be rich
now. Enough of the OT BS! Though it does loosely (very, like boxer
shorts) pertain to the thread, it's even looser to the list (clown pants
perhaps?, I'm at a loss here) My apologies for the ranting.
