I'm shopping around for replacement drives for my SE/30. I'm looking for a single, large capacity drive to mount internally. Is there any limitations on capacity I need to keep in mind while shopping or can I stuff a 72gb drive in if I find one cheap? : )
Alos, I have a Daystar Universal Powercache 68030-50 sitting in an orriginal SE, on an adapter. It does not have the additional fpu in the socket. Is there a source of SE/30 adapters and fpus floating around so I can crank this into my SE/30? Will my onboard fpu continue to function with the Daystar installed if I can't find a 50mhz fpu to slot in? And finally (I know, I'm full of questions) is the adapter setup to allow continued operation of an existing internal PDS ethernet adapter?
