Is it possible to chain two internal floppy drives off of a Mac motherboard that only has one floppy connector? (i.e. Macintosh SE/30) I know that there isn't room in the case - I just wanted to know if it was possible. I saw some pictures of the Techmatics Mac Plus on Applefritter, and it shows the inside of the repackaged computer. There are two floppy drives, connected with a single cable, like on a PC clone. ( http://www.applefritter.com/macclones/techmatics/insidetop.jpg ) From the picture, I can't tell which wires in the cable were swapped, but you can clearly see that the connector on the righthand drive has some of the wires switched around. I have dug up the pinouts of the Macintosh floppy connector, and nothing screams out at me as a drive select line, but there is probably some sort of signal that has to be inverted or swapped. Thanks!
