Jeff, I was able to scrounge up a copy from an info-mac archive. I'm still loading Telephone Manager extensions right now. I'll let you know how this one works out.

I've found MacComCenter 1.1mb as shipped with some mac modems. Not very good fax software from what I've read.
Lower requirement make make this worth the look.
I have no modem to test it with.
