A Plus (probably works on an SE just fine) 68030 + 68882 accelerator. The memory on the left is to allow either greater than 4 MB memory expansion or perhaps faster memory access (it might also use the memory on the main board). The connector on the right (two row header connector - possibly a PDS) would likely be for some sort of expansion board which might never have been used (though perhaps for a fast SCSI interface). The board would have either clipped on top of the original processor or (possibly) required a processor socket. If you look on the top right next to the header connector there is a large white rectangle in the silk screen. This rectangle surrounds the pins which comprise the 68000 processor connections (there are four ICs in the center of the pins) - Note the square pin indicating pin 1 for orientation purposes. The jumper in the lower right corner would either indicate the amount of memory on the main board or the amount of memory / size of the SIMMs being used on the expansion board. The socket next to the '882 is most certainly a crystal oscillator and the jumper below it may enable/disable the local oscillator. This board is remarkably similar to the DayStar Mac20MX accelerator (16 or 25 MHx 68020 circa 1989) for the SE, Plus and 512KE... So close in fact that I would guess it is a variant of it... Although it could be a competitors copy.
