don't worry. you probably wont have any virus, AND you wont have to have
sent any for this to happened. it is the nature of some viruses to spoof
[pretend to be someone else] as some of the guys have mentioned. some
actually scan and attack mail servers. I myself receive some messages from
my own address from time to time. look on the bright side, next time you
send a message in a passionate moment that you later regret, you could say
it was just a virus spoofing your address....

just make sure you have up to date virus definitions and all security
patches.

the internet is like a big bathtub. one of us does a poop, we all have to
live with it...
