Hello! Unfortunately, I can only find the italian version of System 7.0.1 on Apple website. This one is available here: http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/Italian/Macintosh/System/System_7.0.1/ If you need a newer version, System 7.5.3 is also available in italian here: http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/Italian/Macintosh/System/Full_Installs/System_7.5_Version_7.5.3/
