HQX is the extension for BinHex, available in various places all over the
web. Either a .bin or a .sea version will work.

Google searches reveal:

ftp://ftp.cc.utexas.edu/depts/AI_ATTIC/HelpDownloading/MacCompactors/BinHex/binhex.bin
http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/publishing/adobe-thirdparty/mac/programs/hqx/
http://www1.vobis.de/bbs/firmen/ct/arcer/ (toward the bottom, binhex5.sea)
