"Classic Macs Software"

I have a Mac Plus with external hard drive (20 meg). However I don't have 
any software or O/S for it on 800k disks. Plus I can't down load anything. I 
get onto the internet at a library at work which is Windows based and has 
limitations to it. Help Guys, if my hard drive dies; my system will be a 
paper weight. Also which O/s is best for a Mac Plus??? It will be used for 
word processing and education/entertainment for the kids.    dougmatd
