Hello, I have installed System 7.1 ENG to a Mac Plus (4Mb) and a Classic I (4Mb) but I have a problem with the Classic I ;
well first thing "how I have installed 7.1 to Plus 800K disk drive" this could be useful for someone I think : * first I have installed 7.0, then I have mounted the images of the disks 7.1 using shrinkwrap 2.1, and installed 7.1 and then Update 3.0 * In this way I have installed 7.1 HD disks solving the problem of Plus's DD drive. and now my problem...... I have tried to install 7.1 to Classic I in two ways : 1) installing 7.0 and then 7.1 over the top or 2) intalling directly 7.1 When I have installed 7.0 I can use without problem Appletalk and I can sharing files, but when I install 7.1 stand alone or over the top of 7.0 I can't use more Appletalk ..... infact I see a requester like this **file sharing could not be enabled** I don't understand which is the problem.
