Yes I do. I have three different sets. Claris Works 4 though was strictly written for PowerPC 603 and 604 Processor however...they messed up the coding for anything lower than that. I have been unable to get 4 to work in some of my non-PowerPC systems...any of my LC model computers. But v.5 seems to work very well in all systems.
But I do have it... cost: $32 shipped. (Books and all to come with it.) I also have Microsoft Office 5.0 for Mac $20 shipped. I also have FileMaker Pro and MS Works 4 for Macintosh with books...$both $22 shipped. All of these are on floppy only. No CDs...
