i just did a hard drive test on it after find out that there is a   
testing program and it corrected the problem . does anyone know  
anything about OS 6.0.7?

At a first glance, it looks like a hardware problem, probably in the
motherboard. Write down the tiny numbers just bellow the dead Mac icon

There was a webpage on dead Mac's codes somewhere arround the  
Internet, but
I can't remember the address.
