Do many list members here in compact macs participate in the lemswap
I did. But only for a short time.
I stopped subscribing to the Swap List either because of technical problems with the list or a curse.
My forsale messages never showed up on the list. But when I accidentally responded to the list instead of to an individual poster, that message went to the list okay. I think that happened twice. But my forsales would never go through. Emails to the appropriate folks reporting my problems were ignored or the response ignored salient facts in my email. It's a free list, so I don't have much cause for complaint, but at that point it wasn't worth subscribing to me.
