That's the first Plus/SE hybrid I've come across! We probably shouldn't be surprised how interchangeable the components are when it's remembered that the SE chassis still has an aperture on its front element that would accept a 5.25" drive where the 3.5" drives go, presumably because a 5.25" drive was only rejected quite late in the development of the first Mac, and Apple didn't change the chassis for the SE to remove that potential.
