Color Classic screen capacitors - Where can I get one?

I have been looking high and low for the recommended capacitor for my 
Color Classic to eliminate my barrel distortion. However, I have been 
unable to locate any within the recommended range Stewart recommends. 
Does anybody know of a web site that sells them, or perhaps has an 
extra to spare for a small PayPal compensation?

Looking for the

4nF = 4000pF = .004 �F
1500 V
Of course, if anyone else has tried something more readily available at 
Radio shack that's different than the standard recommendation and made 
it work, let us know as well.
