Today I got on the internet with my SE/30 using iCab for the first time
in months. It was slow. But that's nothing unusual. What was unusual is
that I fully expected to get the blurb that my copy has expired and click
here to download the latest and greatest, and I didn't.

Have they stopped developing iCab for the 68k machines?

No. They are still at it. As you can see on their website.
