I recently bought some new compacts and would like to connect them using appletalk (with phone-net adapters). My question is what software could they share?
I would like to have a calendar and/or do-to type program that could be checked and added to at any compact. That way you could have one compact in a homeoffice, another in the kitchen, another in the fronthall and you'd be able to check a shared family calendar at any location. Would this work? What simple shareware/freeware (cheapware) could anyone recommend? This is just a fun new-home-type project and I don't have much cash to spend on hardware and software.
