But Apple's lawyers work in a reality distortion field invented by their boss.
Hence their totally over the top treatment of the Mac512 Club which had, with Apple's permission, been allowing people to download Systems 1 to 6 for many years until one day a heavy 'cease and desist' letter arrives threatening everything short of a nuclear strike unless they were taken off line immediately.
Perhaps they thought it might affect sales of Mac OS X?
I don't think anything will happen, but Apple's legal morons don't act logically.
