I received my ethernet card in the mail today and I installed it on my SE/30 but so far I haven't been able to get it to work. The card came new in the box still shrinkwrapped. I installed the disk that came with the nic, but so far I have not been able to get it to connect to my network. It comes with MacTCP 2.04 which I should upgrade to 2.06 soon. Perhaps the latest drivers from the Internet will work better. The ethernet is showing up in the MacTCP control panel but I cannot ping any network hosts (using MacPing 3.0.4). I'll report back when I get it to work. Anyone have any suggestions for me on how I proceed. I am running MacOS 7.1 on my SE/30.

I want to thank all you great listers out there for sending me the link for the above, both off-list and on-list. I have purchased the card and it is at a great price. What makes it even better is that the seller is one of the long-time list sponsors.
