Using just the 128 / 512 is a little tricky but easily done. Press command-E
on the keyboard of a fully booted machine. It spits out the boot disk on the
first or second or third try.

Insert a blank disk. Drop the ghosted disk icon of the boot disk onto the
blank's icon. After much swapping of disks you'll have copied the boot disk.
