What would one expect to pay for either of these machines in good working order?
You don't indicate your geographical location, but I'll give it a go in US dollars:
A good working SE/30 in clean condition is probably $30-40. You can be lucky in the US and find them cheap, just be sure to look them over and check they startup OK (to a flashing floppy '?' icon *at least*) and that the start 'bong' is good and loud.
Color Classics are a different issue. They are a cult item, often upgraded in many ways to improve the rather poor stock performance. A good condition CC can fetch $60-70 in the US, in the UK (where I am) they regularly fetch 100+ (about $180). I was profoundly lucky to get one from a friend that has already been upgraded a lot for a low price.
Best thing to do for a marker is to use eBay in your own country and look up completed items of the type you are looking for. You have to be an eBay member to do this but it's still useful.
