No biggie. To be honest, I really can't blame my wife for the concern. Macs are littering the apartment! There are a number of reasons to lighten the collection, aside from her reasons...
1. I collect astronomy books, telescopes and build space models. Plus I'm an artist. That's a lot of space right there. 2. I use my machines frequently (such as the now cranky Portable). No use = no need. 3. My job situation ain't as stable as I'd like. If we have to move again, I don't want to drag all of this stuff from state to state. I have decided to keep the former 512k, but not the one with the video out; I turn it on, and while I hear nothing at first, I know something's wrong when my budgies go beserk and the neighbor's dog begins howling. The SE/30, sadly, has to go. I like it, it's a cool machine, but I'm sure I can find it a home. My other Macs are getting homes even as we speak. So, thanks for the input guys, it was not lost!
