The shakes can be a problem associated with components on the analog board or an improperly adjusted power supply. I don't have it in my head but there's a way to check it with the leads from a voltmeter under load, that is with everything connected, using two pins of the bundle that runs from the analog board to the motherboard. I think the adjustment for voltage is under the cover of the power supply in amongst the parts.
