If you want to risk libeling someone, do it somewhere NOT on a LEM list.
The keyboard appears to be the standard one sold with Mac Plusses. (I have a Mac Plus Owner's Guide in front of me.)
There is no claim of a hard-drive, nor need there be one. Indeed, the screen icon looks like a floppy drive to me.
I agree that the mouse is the wrong one, but it's a big step to go from that to the accusations which you make.
Finally, look at the feedback record of the seller.
And why are you dragging up a two-week old auction?
By all means take your issues up with eBay, but this list is not the place for a campaign against an eBay seller.
