Assuming this is System 7.5.3 and the 7.5.5 updater from Apple's website, you aren't dealing with floppy disk images. If need be, I can download 7.0.1 from Apple's FTP site, write them to floppies, then use dd to create raw disk images for you. > And 7.5.5 supports TCP/IP, right? System 6 supports TCP/IP with MacTCP installed (available as a developer kit from Apple's FTP site). System 7.5.5 uses Open Transport, which is big an clumsy IMHO. On the other hand, it supports DHCP. > Also, I think I saw somewhere that a IIGS keyboard will work with the > SE/30, is that true? What about later model mice? Most ADB peripherals will work on the SE/30. That includes the IIgs keyboard (which is great for small hands), and the latest trackballs (I picked up an ADB/USB model for my PowerBook, and it will happily run on my IIgs or Colour Classic.)
