G'day Gary, my SE/30 has 80Mb, and I know of others with the full 128Mb. I got 4 * 16Mb SIMM, 30-pin to suit the SE/30 from www.nexcomp.com for US$137.20 I put the 16Mb simms into the Bank A slots and the old 4Mb simms still in the back 4 slots.
