Although this isn't the forum to discuss eBay, I'm gonna say that as a seller and buyer myself, I let my judgement determine whether I buy or sell to a person. If I receive fiery answers to simple questions, I put my cash back into my pocket and leave the potentially heart-rending disappointments to another buyer. If you go thru with the buy and win and THEN find you've bought a clunker? If it sells with a warranty, go after the seller. If it's as-is? Run away and never buy it to begin with. Unless you're willing to repair it. I have done that in many instances if the price is cheap. When I've sold a unit I know worked but the buyer shows remorse, I demand immediate return of the item. I refund it all. Then I leave neutral feedback and disallow the buyer from any of my other auctions. It's your money. Don't "need" anything badly enough to allow yourself to be abused by an arrogant seller. Jeff -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
