sounds like not an arrogant seller per say..but a youthful one..i find
youngsters on ebay..selling off 'crap'..and they don't have the necessary
communication skills to pull of a transaction..you would probably have been
swindled anyway..be glad you still have the cash in your pocket..i believe
you can issue a letter of complaint against a seller..thru ebay..perhaps you
should do so
