Must have had a PCI SCSI card in it. Those machines can be useful for formating wide (68pin) SCSI drives, for later use on Macs with a NuBus JackHammer SCSI card.

It was an old HP, Pentium Pro computer that had a few things different than most Windows machines. I suppose in it's day it was quite the beast. :)
