My understanding is that the M0131 were only in beige and the "Apple 3.5 drive" model released in 1987 with the Apple IIgs was the replacement as it also worked on the Mac Plus.

Except that the ones for the IIgs and etc, were a blonde-yellow color trying to match the //c, I 'spose.
This is not to be confused with the white Apple Unidisk 3.5 that doesn't work so well with the //gs and the Mac Plus.
