Congrats!

A regular *ADB* Keyboard & mouse will work fine with it, but PC equipment
will not...

And to turn the CC on, I think you'll need a keyboard. The switch in the rear
needs to be on, but it does not start up the machine...

Don't you just love these 'lil "boutique Macs?" I recently got one for my
daughter; an original w/ 10mb RAM. After that, I obtained a Mystic w/ the HiRes
mod done on it; super! It runs OS 8 and has 128mb RAM. I am going to give it to
my friend's 8-year-old daughter (who hogs his iMac!) and upgrade my
daughter's CC to match it.

Finally, I recently acquired a project another lister had, a "Takky" cc/5500,
running at 225mhz. It is w/o a floppy (the previous owner was in the process
of adding an internal CD-rom!), but it does have a ethernet card installed.

When I get time I am going to see if I can add a wifi PCI card to it (and
still avoid getting the 3.3v power supply!) and use it as my Kitchen Mac.

Anyway, enjoy; I am sure you've already happened across the MEGA FAQ page for
the Color Classic, no?
