200w instead of the standard 75w

My SE/30's ASTEC from Malaysia says 76w
    +5V 6A
    +12V 1.25A
    +12V 2.1A
    -12V 0.5A

STRATOS: (from the PDF file)
 95 to 130V.rms AC 50 or 60Hz
 200w+sweep 15w
                     MAX MIN
    +5V +/-5% 21A 2.5A
    +12V +/-5% 10A 1.0A
    +12V(SWEEP) 1.0A 0
    -12V +/-10% 0.8A 0
    +3.3V +/-3% 13A 1.0A

the JPEG, however, shows
                      MAX MIN
    +5V +/-5% 21A 1.0A
    +12V +/-5% 10A 2.0A
    +12V(SWEEP) 1.0A 0
    -12V +/-10% 0.8A 0
    +3.3V +/-3% 14A 0.8A

So I think slightly newer/alternate components in the 2004 model

I've ordered one, so will know more once it arrives (Sydney,Australia)
