I think the MacPlus Keyboard is an ADB keyboard, just using the phone jack instead of the normal ADB connector. However, I can be wrong on that. However, I am not sure if rewiring an ADB keyboard to work with a Plus is such a good idea.
No, it is not. ADB was introduced with the SE and the Mac II. The 128, 512K, 512Ke and Mac Plus all use the same keyboard and mouse which are not ADB.
