I havent turned it on for a week now - would it be safe to handle the analogue board now or should I try to discharge the caps?

You should see that your power-supply says 110-220.

Please don't speculate on critical issues like mains inputs to power supplies.

The early compact Macs, up to the Plus inclusive, were either 220v/240v or 110v. They had a jumper, usually marked on the cardboard 'backing sheet' to select the input voltage. Those set at 240v at the factory were often marked as 'international.

But none of that affects the principle of looking for blackened components to identify the causes of non-functioning analogie boards.
