I assume that you have another computer with floppy drive. If so, you can use it to create the boot diskette. Is it a Mac or a PC? What OS does it run? The tools neded to create a boot diskette varies with the different platforms.
If you don't have another computer with a disk drive, where do you live? It may help if we know it, because that way somebody near you could send you a boot disk. Most Classics were shipped with an internal hard drive. If you dare to open the machine, you can check that the HD is plugged to the motehrboard correctly and that it spins up when the computer is powered on.
