Just finished my SE/30 upgrade to a 68040 using a Daystar Turbo. The riser card is a MicroMac Dual PDS which worked much better than the Diimo Cache IIsi card since the MicroMac is much shorter (by an inch or so). I still had to cut a lot of the frame and I put an Asante NIC in as well. Since there are a whole bunch of nicks and some yellowing, I've decided to paint it....Maybe a 'brushed aluminum'.

Speedometer 4.02 has it operating about 1.5 times faster than a Quadra 605 in many of the tests.

SE/30, 128MB RAM, 9GB HDD (no floppy tho'), Daystar Turbo '040, Asante NIC.
