10 nF, 2000 V disk ceramic is the best I can do.

They are 18 mm diameter and 4 mm thick with 9.7 mm (.350 inch) lead spacing.

Will they fit?

Sigh, If Apple would only release schematics and parts lists for discontinued stuff. 
It would be nice to know if the caps are just filters or if they are in some pulse 
shaping circuit.
