If we're talking about *just* the crt, you can (almost) certainly use the crt from any compact mac model (128, 512, Plus, SE, Classic, Classic II). The "almost" part is because a few tubes, while having the same pinout, have the pins rotated 180 degrees. The wiring harness is short enough in some models that rotation of the connector isn't quite possible. In such cases, you either have to find another crt, or simply extend the wires (cut and splice). Note that the _deflection yoke_ (the assembly clamped around the neck of the crt) is *not* the same for the Classics as for the other compacts, however.
