The card will do 16 colors on a 13" monitor, but almost nothing supported 
it, and it was (mildly) useful at best when printing to an ImageWriter II 
with a color ribbon from a compatible program.

I can't find anything on the Internet about it, Mikie.  You have a rare 
little card, there.

Especially since the box, manual and driver is included.
